Congratulations Class of 2019!

Dear 2019 Graduating Seniors,

Graduation is in a week! Where did your Senior year go?! Did it feel fast to you, or just to us parents? Regardless, I’ve known so many of you for the majority of your lives and I’m so excited for your upcoming adventures.

I love photographing seniors. I see how hard you work in school and how devoted you are to your studies, sports and arts endeavors. We have had the honor this year to create amazing albums, grad cards and wall art to celebrate your adventures in life. Your energy, laughter, and excitement is contagious and creates amazing photography experiences. With each session, I get to know you better and I am continuously and delightfully surprised with how light your heart is and how excited your spirit remains. Never lose that!

You may be far away from home in the next year, adjusting to new college life and perhaps a little homesickness - remember that hamburgers, milkshakes and fries (<— that’s a must read for parents!) can help anyone out! It may be tough, but you have a grand adventure ahead and there are good people in the world cheering you on, both at home and in your new college cities.

Congratulations on your achievement of graduating high school. I know you’re ready to start this new chapter, and I wish you the best in your next adventure. Just remember: When it rains, look for rainbows. When it’s dark, look for stars.
